what is dynamic scan?

The DYNAMIC SCAN system, installed on hydraulic equipment, measures the hardness or degree of compaction at every point of the ground and generates hardness maps in real time.
This allows the ground’s requirements to be analysed precisely and, by means of the hydraulically adjustable roller connected to the system, to automatically carry out an operation at a variable working depth according to the configuration set.
The result is more efficient work, both in terms of ground sustainability and savings in working time and fuel consumption.

The Dynamic Scan kit contains:

  • Electronic box with bracket.
  • SIM tablet + power cable + bracket.Set of 7 solenoids with connection sensors to the electronic box.
  • 4-sector sensors.
  • Ultrasonic sensors.
  • Pressure sensor.
  • Temperature sensor.

Is Dynamic Scan a precision agriculture system?

Yes. Dynamic Scan applies the principles of precision agriculture to soil tillage: instead of treating the whole field alike, it measures the hardness at each point of the ground and adapts the working depth in real time. This turns traditional subsoilers and decompactors into smart machines capable of generating useful agronomic data, integrating them into a digitalised farm management strategy.

On which JYMPA machines can Dynamic Scan be installed?

Dynamic Scan is available for the entire range of JYMPA machines equipped with tines featuring a hydraulic safety system. It is currently compatible with the Polaris and Spica subsoilers, the Alasia decompactors (including the version with cutting discs for vineyards & orchards) and Mintaka, and the Balam Pro stubble cultivator. The kit includes an electronic box, a tablet with SIM, a set of solenoids, 4-sector sensors, ultrasonic sensors, a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor.

Which models of machinery for vineyards & orchards does JYMPA offer?

JYMPA offers a complete range specifically for vineyards and fruit trees: the Mintaka decompactor and the Alasia decompactor with cutting discs, the Osiris-V semi-chisel cultivator, the Almenara-V Pro, Almenara-V and Almenara-V Basic fast harrows, the Ecoter roller for cover crops and the Galileo liquid fertiliser spreader.
